Who We Are
Vita Health Services is a privately owned residential care facility founded in 2015. We provide housing and support services to adults with mental health and intellectual disabilities. Our residential facilities accommodate patients with a wide spectrum of needs based on their levels of functioning, medical needs, and supervision.

Our Services
We provide a variety of services such as personal assistance and other essential daily living activities to individuals who are unable to sufficiently or properly care for themselves because of illness, disease, or physical or mental impairment.
Long-Term 24-Hour Care
Our team at Vita is dedicated, caring and well trained. The fact that we are a long-term care facility and staffed around the clock means our staff and residents support one another like a family. Vita exists to help. Our team includes social workers, nurses, direct support professionals, medication aides/manager and supportive counseling for all of our residents.
